Last night I had a dream...It was a perfect night for a game of hide n seek! ‘Johnny’ I yelled…‘Johnny, I’m comin to get you’! I heard giggling. This property was nearly 5 acres and had many paths & lots of great hiding spots! I spotted lil Johnny so I crouched down and started my sneak attack as but the leaves gave me away! Now it was a chase as we ran through the paths & down the tree lined driveway! He ran onto the vine covered front porch and yelled ‘NOT IT’! We were both thirsty so we went inside to grab a drink. Buying this property has been the best decision we’ve ever made! The 3 bedrooms are enough for us at the moment but if we want our family to grow there is flex space for another or even maybe 2 more! The basement is a great space for the kids to play and watch movies and I love that the toys are out of the way. My husband enjoys tinkering in the garage/carport and is planning on building a shop in the future. I wake up startled….. it’s possession day & I can’t wait to make this my home!

Last night I had a dream...the radio was playing tunes that made your head nod and the birds chirp & the sounds of people out and about enjoying the beautiful Saturday morning was what I could hear all whilst laying under my truck in my humongous garage with in-floor heat, 240 plug AND exhaust fan! Nothing could take the smile off my face! This beautiful bungalow was the perfect investment for me and my family! With 3 bedrooms on the main floor both kids got their own room and the basement was framed and ready for a fourth bedroom & second bathroom in case we decided to add another member! Gleaming hardwoods throughout the main floor was my wife's favorite part of the inside of the house but we both loved sitting on the composite deck watching the kids play in the huge back yard! When it came time to clean up in the back yard or if I wanted to bbq in the rain, the rear garage door sure was convenient! My alarm rang. I checked my emails and seen a listing for the exact house from my dream!

Last night I had a dream...it was a sunny Saturday morning & we were relaxing & enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the world go by on our quiet street! Once the snow flies my wife insists we spend our Saturday coffee time indoors & I don't disagree...the living room with huge picture window is the ideal setting! This 4 bdrm bungalow suits our growing family perfectly. Shopping, transit and numerous schools, including a French immersion school is all nearby. Some of my favorite features of this home is the wood burning fireplace & the warmth it provides us in the winter, hardwood floors, glass knobs & wide wood trim. Some of our favorite weekend adventures include the Niakwa walking trail & St Vital outdoor pool in the summer but today we are heading over to the Windsor Park Nordic Centre to do some cross country skiing! It is going to be a good day! My alarm rings... I check my emails and see a new listing that resembles my dream. I ask my realtor to book a showing at 27 Avondale rd. It's perfect!

The streets were shaded with huge, mature Oaks and my family loved going for walks and biking every Fall evening after dinner. On rainy days we sat on the covered front porch and enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the rain. The dream continued…. I put on a pot of coffee and as I leaned against the counter listening to the drip and smelling the aroma I started day dreaming about the renovation that was about to begin! The biggest debate in my head was what paint colour to go with! What colour would you choose?

Last night I had a dream... It was a perfect fall day with the sun shining, windows open & coffee brewing! The sounds and smells were stimulating all the good feels and I was smiling! I heard my oldest kid yell with excitement 'mom, get out here' so I scooted to the patio doors & went out on my two tier deck over looking our amazing fully fenced, lush back yard. My oldest couldn't wait to tell me his sister had just done a back flip on the trampoline with a perfect landing! The dog was running circles around the trampoline in excitement as well! We all cheered! It was time for everyone to come in and start getting ready for bed. My beautiful bungalow provided all the comforts we needed and more! With 5 bedrooms we had 2 extra to use as office, gym, spare room for company or really whatever we fancied. We can honestly say many of our neighbors on this quiet bay have become not only neighbors but friends! We are so happy in this community and home! My alarm rang...I realized it wasn't a dream but reality!

Last night I had a dream.....It was a sunny September evening & me and the kids were walking home from the park to our beautiful bungalow in the lovely community of St Vital! We'd really grown to love the area and all of our neighbors were so friendly! The location was incredibly convenient for shopping, schools, activities and public transit. The main floor of this home has 2 bedrooms and full 4 piece bath, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & stove included and a spacious living/dining area! But when we have company there's a huge rec room, a 2 piece bath and a third bedroom(window does not meet egress) in the lower level. Two things we really do appreciate about this house in the winter is the double detached garage & the wood burning fireplace! Nothing better than cuddling on the couch and listening to the crackling of a fire in my opinion! If this sounds like it fits your needs come check out this amazing listing!

Last night I had a dream! I was walking down a gravel road with a towel over my shoulder and water dripping from my hair. I had just taken a dip in the lake! The walk was just a few minutes from my driveway! I turned into my secluded yard, surrounded by evergreens and feelings of satisfaction filled me knowing that moving here was exactly what I needed! This 2 bdrm, 2 bath bungalow fitted and suited me to a T! Some of my favorites features is that the primary bdrm has an ensuite & walkin closet, the hardwood floors are in pristine condition and nothing is better than the sound of a crackling fire on a winter morning!
