Last night I had a dream...it was a sunny Saturday morning & we were relaxing & enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the world go by on our quiet street! Last night I had a dream.....It was a sunny September evening & me and the kids were walking home from the park to our beautiful bungalow in the lovely community of St Vital! We'd really grown to love the area and all of our neighbors were so friendly! The location was incredibly convenient for shopping, schools, activities and public transit. The main floor of this home has 2 bedrooms and full 4 piece bath, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge & stove included and a spacious living/dining area! But when we have company there's a huge rec room, a 2 piece bath and a third bedroom(window does not meet egress) in the lower level. Two things we really do appreciate about this house in the winter is the double detached garage & the wood burning fireplace! Nothing better than cuddling on the couch and listening to the crackling of a fire in my opinion! If this sounds like it fits your needs come check out this amazing listing!
