Last night I had a dream! I was walking down a gravel road with a towel over my shoulder and water dripping from my hair. I had just taken a dip in the lake! The walk was just a few minutes from my driveway! I turned into my secluded yard, surrounded by evergreens and feelings of satisfaction filled me knowing that moving here was exactly what I needed! This 2 bdrm, 2 bath bungalow fitted and suited me to a T! Some of my favorites features is that the primary bdrm has an ensuite & walkin closet, the hardwood floors are in pristine condition and nothing is better than the sound of a crackling fire on a winter morning! The quality of workmanship is impeccable from the low maintenance exterior with tonnes of pot lights to the ICF 4 ft(+) concrete crawl space! The shed in the back provides storage but there's lots of room to build a garage as well. My commute to work is just a couple hundred ft of gravel to the highway & only 35 minutes to the perimeter! Would you too love to live the cottage life year round?
