Last night I had a dream...it was a sunny Saturday morning & we were relaxing & enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the world go by on our quiet street! Once the snow flies my wife insists we spend our Saturday coffee time indoors & I don't disagree...the living room with huge picture window is the ideal setting! This 4 bdrm bungalow suits our growing family perfectly. Shopping, transit and numerous schools, including a French immersion school is all nearby. Some of my favorite features of this home is the wood burning fireplace & the warmth it provides us in the winter, hardwood floors, glass knobs & wide wood trim. Some of our favorite weekend adventures include the Niakwa walking trail & St Vital outdoor pool in the summer but today we are heading over to the Windsor Park Nordic Centre to do some cross country skiing!
